LEARNING ABOUT ANIMALS

Last week we had our Science presentations. Each of the kids talked about an animal, about its specific characteristics, habitat and diet.

Everyone in the classroom got prepared at home and brought lovely materials and gifts to share with their classmates. Even though some of the raccoons were a little nervous, they showed their spontaneity when talking in front of the class.

Dear raccoons,

It has been almost five months since we first met and I have not enough words to express all the happiness I feel about the wonderful moments we have spent together.

Some people say  "a picture is woth a thousand words" so, here you have some pictures from our fun days together. Enjoy them!

NUESTRAS REGIONES

Esta semana tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer un poco más acerca de las regiones de nuestro lindo Perú.
Cada uno de ustedes se encargaron de investigar sobre el clima, la fauna y la flora en nuestra Costa, Sierra y Selva. Finalmente compartieron con sus compañeros al respecto a través de pequeñas exposiciones dentro del aula.
Fue muy emocionante ver a cada uno dar lo mejor de sí frente a sus compañeros. Aprendimos mucho de cada una de las exposiciones.

TYING OUR SHOELACES

Tying shoelaces is not easy! We need a lot of concentration to do it, but once you start practicing, you will find it much easier.
In Grafomotricidad class we are learning how to tie our shoelaces, this is a very exciting dare for our raccoons, however, they are showing great disposition to learn.
 I am sure they will do it by themselves very soon.
