FIRST LETTERS

We are having so much fun these weeks, having meaningful activities that will help the children learn to read and write.
In Spanish classes we are learning how to trace the five vowels, walking on the letters, tracing on flipcharts and working with play dough. It is amazing to see them trying their best when tracing and producing the first letters by themselves. I am so proud of my raccoons.

During the following weeks we will keep working on early literacy in Spanish tracing letters on the copybook and identifying vowel sounds through games and activities in the classroom.
The kids are very excited about learning to read and write, so it is very important to reinforce their fine motor skills at home tearing paper, playing with play dough or tracing on sand.

Our First Weeks!

...and finally we started classes!

It was such a nice feeling to see you walking in the classroom the first day of school. Some of you showing excitement and some others with a little shyness but all equally eager to meet

new friends and teachers

We have had two beautiful weeks full of laughs, games and hard work too! We have set our Golden Rules which will be extremely valuable for learning how to respect each other as well as caring about our friends' feelings.

I´m sure this is just the beginning of a special year!

WELCOME RACCOONS

I'm Miss Tatiana and I´m very glad and excited to be your teacher this wonderful year.
I have no doubts that we will be a great team, a team that can work very hard without forgetting to have fun. We will share many experiences together inside and outside the classroom, and also have the chance to learn in a meaninful way through games, songs, stories and field trips.

I can´t wait to start this year's adventure with you my little raccoons!
